Interesting car... unfortunately, the seller must be a broker who is hopelessly misinformed.
CSX2532 is actually not "the second Cobra built"
Also, it began life as a standard 289...somewhere along the way it was "FIA-ized"
In 1967, it may have run at Lemans, Ohio.... but in that year, I think there were only GT-40's entered in the real LeMans. 
2530 and 2532 were mixed up in a stolen car deal a couple of decades ago. 2532 was cleared, but the bidders probably should take a real close look at the documentation of this one.
