Don't sit and watch to long as the world will pass you by.. if you have the means to get a Cobra and you seriously want one, just set a price in your mind and if its reasonable it will happen... thats what I did and now I have a BDR.. my brother is such a procrastinator that he never does anything, always waiting for the best deal which in his mind is free.. of course so far no one has taken him up on his offer.. if I offered him a 1000 acres of land on the beach for $1000 he would have to think about it.. the good thing is he will die with money in his pockets..
