I have been e-mail corresponding with Mr Wheel Deal and he says he has over 6.000 satisfied Paypal transactions. He has given me a pretty good price on the American Racing Wheels and Nitto tires I have been price shopping. Any more info on the operation??

Please keep this thread up to date, I am going to be purchasing a set of american racing torq thrust II in about 3 weeks so would be keen to hear how you go with these guys or who you end up buying from.
I have made some enquiries at vintage wheels and been happy with the communication. You should check them out also if you havnt already.

Yep, that's what he told me but when I do a web search for feedback on him, I find very little. I did find one or two forums where there have been a few customers who were happy, and a couple who were not.
I've decided that his price for Boyd rims to be too good to be true (60% off list). I may pay more elsewhere but I just can't get myself to trust this guy. |
