Sasco Sports - Reputation?

First off, this is not a complaint, but a request for information. Does anyone have experience dealing with Sasco Sports (http://www.sascosports.com/)? I'm especially interested in how they resolve problems with products they sell. They're located at VIR are a distributor for Avon and Goodyear racing tires.
