You cited six links. The one from 9-10 months ago (which is based research that is even older) states "Over the past two decades, a net 3.4 million people have moved out of California for other states. But contrary to conservative lore, there has been no millionaires' march to Texas or other states with no income tax. In fact, since 2005 California has experienced a net in-migration of households earning more than $200,000, according to the U.S. Census's American Community Survey."

Have you seen a chart of the CA population? It's a direct line upwards exponentially. We're the most populous state. People will come and go all the time. But the fact of the matter is that we continue to grow. From 2010-2012, we grew 2.1%. The USA grew 1.7% in total.
