Yes, I guess I am.  A town like Champlain, NY has more mail boxes in the local post office than it has people in the town.

I bought parts for my Cobra from all over the US. I had everything shipped to a friend's place of business so I would pick the parts up on the weekend when I would be in the US anyway, then bring them back myself. I declared everything but made sure I stayed below my allowable limit, this way I saved all taxes, duties, and fees. All I paid was the actual cost of the parts. This technique worked well for me.
