Post The Links tell me enough....

I've had enough stellar references on Vern and his vehicles to realize that sometimes you just have to consider the source. Unfortunately, with "Free Press" come liberties of abuse and character assassination (or trashing) to an extreme, is not unusual. Max has this issue dialed in quite accurately. This has become more of an attitude issue than a vehicle issue and the poor me routine is getting old throughout the thread. If it was so bad, I would have dumped it. I don't doubt there were some issues but there's always two sides to a tale. I'll stand by WC Cobra and if anyone ever needs a reference, feel free to contact me.

bibt1272: I think we saw YOUR machine. I took an engineer up there with me and he was drooling over your vehicle. I couldn't shut him up on the plane back. Email me some pic's when your on the road. I'm not jealous, cause I got one too; just a little envious. Yours is "bigger" and it's a "rush". As my wife says, "boys and their toys".

Byron/Max/bibt: Thanks for "standing up". It motivated me to follow and I respect your polite, candid presentation eloquence. Diplomacy is not my strong suit. I voiced my opinion in response to the Thread Title and I'm out of the thread unless the subject is meaningful Cobra exchange. Hopefully the thread dies and BIB starts a new one raving about his WC Cobra. We're all looking forward to it. Enough said on my part.

Aren't posts like this like a (excuse the pun) duble edged sword?
If I buy a Shelby CSX car and spend all my free time ranting and raving about how screwed up MY specific car is won't I eventually pay a price when I finally decide to sell that car.

Sometimes the dirty laundry is best done behind closed doors.

I may fail to inflict as much damage to the manufacturer as I am to the value of my own car while I am debating with others who have cars from the same manufacturer and appear to be happy with theirs.

Just my humble opinion.

Default 8 e-mails and a registered letter later..

it'a obvious WHO does not want to work this out. Vern had 6 months to respond to me before I posted here... not one return e-mail or letter from him.. so I have no recourse but to expose what he did to me.. I am out at minimum, $7500 !! It's ludicrous to say " BiB does not want to settle". I have everything to gain by settling but that requires a manufacturer that keeps his WORD.
I shall continue to expose Vern Redel.. BTW, the rediculous comment above about "Vern's sterling character" has to be laughed right out of the courtroom !

Hey Turk, we all miss you as the "Mad Max of moderators" so are you coming back for an encore performance? And BTW I am not going to sell the cobra, I am going to make it a lifetime project to see how good I am at making right out of wrong

By the sound of it it may take more than one life time to fix all the screw ups good old Master Mechanic Vern has done for you.

Why don't you take your drivel to the other Cobra sites, Cobranet, or Meat's site or some such? You know you started out being WCC's #1 fan now you try everything you can to cut the MFG and the owner down. Seems there are 2 sides to your story, yours and the builders , yet we only hear your side , posts of "oh woe is me I was screwed, I didn't do anything wrong, it's all his fault".
Yes it is too bad that your car isn't running, too bad you spent $$$on it---but maybe, just maybe you may have really screwed something up yourself because you wanted things different? from a normal build?--seems I read that awhile ago may be wrong though.

Many of of us are getting real sick of your bashing and whining drivel against Vern and WCC.

Moderators can you stop this crap --- ? I know freedom of speech, but enough is enough
