If Vern built the car with parts he would not back he is at least guilty of bad judgement.
Looks like BinB may have wanted a "custom" car from a builder who really did not have the time to devote to such a project.
There are two sides to every story but if a vendor take a clients hard earned $$$$ it is up to vendor to make it right!
