I totally understand the "As Is" clause when buying a used car. HOWEVER, the engine problem was discovered upon delivery, or so it sounds like. "As Is" cannot be used as an excuse to knowingly sell a defective product without revealing the flaw. Perhaps the dealer didn't know about the flaw(s), but if he DID, he should step up to the plate.
