Default Enclosed Vehicle Transport - Two thumbs up

www.EnclosedVehicleTransport.com

After trying to get another transport company to move a cobra from Minneapolis to Phoenix and getting the royal run around, I had a really pleasent experience working with these guys. I'd definitely use them again.

I spent about 3 weeks waiting for the first company to even get a pickup scheduled. E-mails took days to get a reply and the company didn't seem very interested in my business. (At one point they flat out said that if I wanted to try and find another company it was good with them.)

I called EVT on a Thursday and they had my car picked up before noon on Friday with a projected delivery between Sunday and Tuesday of the following week. The driver called me on Saturday and asked if I'd mind taking delivery Saturday night! (They ended up with a mechanical problem and didn't get in until early Sunday.)

The dispatch person was prompt and courteous. The driver kept me informed of progress and was great about coordinating. The car arrived exactly as it was given to them in great shape.

Good folks all around. I'd gladly use them again.

EVT is pretty good. They are just a dispatch though.

I bet you were originally trying to use Reliable.

Intercity lines was the original vendor. Not impressed.

Surprised... but it can happen I guess. Sorry to hear they dropped the ball. Actually it makes sense why we have had such great luck with them, their home base is up the road in MA. That makes the dispatch much easier. In fairness to a lot of these companies you can always do better with them if they are some how closer to the start or stop of the car for picking up.

I've heard Reliable is great for moving cars anywhere to or from AZ ... but that's not often for us.
