Okay, so how can a guy get away with this the first time? This is the second time he's ran this scam according to the video.

Also, his policy was to have customers pay 100% up front? That should be a big red flag for anyone getting work done on their car.

And yes, what a scumbag.

What'd he do with the parts that were missing from his customer's cars? Did he sell those parts and take that cash, too?
