To those advocating illegal means to obtain your desired result (such as extortion, trespassing, harassment, assault and battery...), I think it shows 1) remarkably poor judgement to put that kind of thing in writing in a public forum and 2) advocate that someone else consider taking that course of action.

I'm just saying you might want to think first before posting it on the forum. I know the OP has been wronged, but at this point it's a matter at best for the civil courts. Try not and turn it into something more severe.
