In addition to the serial no. on the frame and the tag on the PS foot box, Contemporary usually taped a tag on the transmission hump in the interior...somewhere between the firewall and where the dash would hang down. That tag contained the CCX number...may have fallen off too.
a frame produced in 1993 would defintely have the number under the DS shock tower (earlier torsion cars had them elsewhere), sand it down, the powdercoat or paint fills it in.
