Hi John,
My vote is for Scratch Build! All you need is a MIG welder and a grinder, or get really good with the MIG and skip the grinder......  I did mine in a week of evenings at a cost of $200 in bends, and another $200 for Ceramic coating. I wanted equal length, and I like doing as much myself as I can. Check my gallery for pics.
