Default pedal spring

Is this how the pedal spring is supposed to be anchored? Also, any owners in the California Bay Area that might be willing to take a look at my car or willing to have me look at theirs? Just want to compare things. Thanks

You shouldn't anchor anything through the fiberglass like that. At least it's not a seat belt mount. That is a good set up with the under floor reverse mounted masters and adjustable front/rear bias. It looks like it needs to be checked and finished a little more as a few of them do. What about Hall Fabrication and Racing, Denbeste or Canepa?

That looks like a "jerry rig" mess.

I would anchor the spring in a steel bracket somewhere and also make sure that you have the correct tension spring. I really don't think from what I can see that is a good place to have it fastened.
