Default Drivetrain in first, then body over it?

OK, CCX guys - I'm going to be taking the body off the frame this winter. Do any of you see any reason why I shouldn't install the engine and transmission into the frame before I dump the body back on - sort of lower the body over the already installed drive train?

That's the way I did mine. Get it all running and checked out, then install the body.

Doug,
That is the easest way to mate the body, and chassis with engine together.
It is also the way Contemporary installed the body per some old photos
that I have in an early Kit Car Mag. series on building a Contemporary
Cobra. I have installed the engine with the body in place on the frame, and
before the body is on. There is a lot less chance of damage to the body
and paint if you have the engine and trans already in place.
