Hi Doug,
You can rest assured that you would have been one of the first guys I would have told about the Coupe.
I was offered a chance to obtain one of the last three Coupes being built before a change over. I was going through the Coupe Connection and had the colors and stripes all selected. When it came time to write the check we could not feel comfortable at this time putting a huge amount of our savings into a "toy" for me to drive occasionally.
I am starting (hopefully) a new job and the time is not right. I was really excited to go on with the purchase as I could envision the car as we have discussed so often. It will look a lot like yours.
The dream is not over - just postponed until later. I wanted to build it just so I knew it existed somewhere, but that is foolish.
So one day I'll fulfill that dream, until then I'll live vicariously through you and Badger and the rest of the Snakebit folks.
