Coupe Replica at SAAC-32

A friend came back with a ton of photos form SAAC 32, some of which included a Daytona Coupe replica. Leaf spring chassis very much like the original with some added structure (not original).

The front uprrights appear to be the Shelby CSX7000 units.

Anyone have any information on this car?

Based on Shelby CSX7000 chassis.

Being built and sold by Lee Benson, a Shelby dealer in Pennsylvania

Yes - I spoke with Lee this week about them.

They are built on CSX7000 series chassis. They are authorized as a "continuation" series from Shelby and will be listed in the registry.
