Default Classic Roadsters

Purchased a Classic Roadsters 427 Cobra assembled in 1985 about a month ago from the second owner. I understand that Classic Roadsters is no longer in business. Can anyone tell me if someone took over the company or is there a go-to guy or company that owners of Classic Roadsters can get in touch with for questions or parts?

There is a sordid history here with people claiming to resurrect the business only to walk away with buyers money and never getting anything for it. One guy did finally get something but it is of dubious value and wasn't what he bought. Suffice it to say the word "con artist" and "scammer" was applied multiple times. Use extreme caution in approaching anyone claiming to have any current involvement with the product, company or its assigns. If you use the forum search function you will find it.

CR traded hands a couple of times, but it's long gone. Try the Classic Roadsters forum on CC:

As said with the prior two posts, Stay away from anyone on line claiming to have anything to do with the current owner of said Classic Roadster. With that said, there is a wealth of info. on this site, having to do with Classic Roadster's. I myself brought 2 1/2years ago, a unfinished Classic kit, when I went though it, there were many key parts missing, and no way to find any. These folk's here not only found the piece's I was missing, some were handmade, but most were just given to me. I dare you to find another group of like-minded people that would do that!! As you will find, the more your involved in the club, the more helpful people are here. We have a saying. "We're here for you" And this club mean's it, Cheers Tom. And Welcome.

Thanks to all for responding about my question about Classic Roadsters. The one I bought was put together in 1985 and is actually in very good condition. I was just wondering if I did have a question or a need for anything, there would be somewhere to go.

I will look into the Classic Roadsters II - Club Cobra site.
