Is Dennis Olthoff's car street legal enough to run ?I mean, can he drive it legally on the street in Florida ? If so, I think I can pass tech too. I 'm not trying to be a smarta**, I'm just saying that Dennis' car is a race car for sure, with race tires .
Some track official might not let him run, which would be a shame.
