Re recless driving
Thundrhill race track in Northern Calif. is about an hours drive from my house and they have scheduled driving schools several days a year. This is for any driver and any car. The only real requirement is that the car be safe and they will inspect it. You can take a full blown race car or your pickup that you haul junk in to the school and if it is safe they will let you in the schools. The classes are just one day and I think well worth it for anyone wanting to learn a few things about their cars and how to controll skids & etc. I have seen youn girls from as far away as Los Angles there with their Hondas attending the school and they all really thought it was great. So there reall is no reason for any person to have to use the public roads to learn to drive like Dale Earnheart.
