Default GROUPPE WILLIS invaded BARBER

Tony, Jerome, Tony, Spider, Johan, David Crace anI were at the new Barber track today. What a great track: Looks like a country club for road racers.

We missed y'll: Aging G et al. Gotta come up and play at the next event there. cb

Oh Yeah-

If prior commitments hadn't prevented it, we would have been there. I will definately try this track out before the end of the year--hope all of you had a great time!

Rick

ps: Must been a hundred (really) Porsches including the Cyane SUV in theupper level pit area used for the Porsche Experience drivig school plus a classroom over looking the track.

Very "technical" track: 16 turns, a double apex turn, late apex turn elevation changes and "mini corkscrew" like Laguna Seca. Spun once in the early stages. Porcsche instructor helped show me the line, partic that turn where I spun. Helped a lot.

Not much ruber down on the track yet and fresh blocktop: some turns a hard to detrmine which wa they go until you are in them. Will behelpfl when trac sesons and you can better see the line.

Back from barber and it was great. It was like driving a go cart on the paths at a golf course . There was even artwork and sculptures in most corners, including a large spider made of steel, which was appropriate seeing as how Spyderman was almost the fastest car there again. My Porsche blew up but I still got to co-drive a Mazda GTP car and it was an awsome experience.
I look forward to going back.
