Hawk Cars

Do any of you have experience with the Hawk 289 range of cars? I particularly like the 289 FIA. One of the aspects of the Hawk range that attracts me is that their kit can be purchased in stages, so that even I could eventually afford it!

I'd be very interested to hear of your experiences, whether you own a Hawk car or indeed any other replica. Also, if you know anybody with such a kit. Building experiences, customer support and driving impressions all count equally, in my opinion.

Any help would be appreciated!
