Default 289 Aluminum Front Brake Cooling Ducts

Does anyone know if ERA makes or can supply aluminum front cooling brake ducts for 289 cobras. I know they have glass ones (and I have glass ones) but I am interested in aluminum one.

Thanks

Mike

Good Metal shaping project I believe I asked them the same question, at one point. I don't think they did at that time. Reason being that the Originals were Glass(correct me if I'm wrong!!!)... I think Aluminum would hot though!

Actually, the '63 race cars has aluminum ducts and they later switched to glass. Aluminum would be correct for my car.

I assume that is your car in the pictures. Very nice!! If ERA doesn't have them I'm sure someone here can make a set for you. Good luck!

Probably a dumb question, but have you checked with the "aluminum guys" Kirkham?

I like developing transitions like that in sheetmetal.
