Return Springs for Jag E-brakes

Hey guys - I need some help.

I'm building the rear suspension on #778 (Jag type) and have these two coil springs that hook to the actuating levers for the emergency brake on one end. The problem is I don't know where the other end goes. It looks like I should drill and tap a hole in the subframe and put in a screw to anchor the other end. There's no mention of these parts in the ERA manual and I can't find a photo showing where to anchor them.
