Fuse #2 doesn't do much. It's the horn and the lighter (if you have one). You could run your wire through the firewall grommet and tap in to the green wire at the horn relay if you wanted.
EDIT -- or, if you don't have a lighter, use the white wire coming off the 53|28 under the dash. That's what feeds the lighter and it should be right there for you, if you can find it.
Fuse 5 (15Amp) has only one active load - Brake lights (3.8Amps as tested on my car)
Fuse 2 (20Amp) has only one active load - Horns (7.3Amps as tested on my car)
The heated seat units tested out to 2.9Amps each and I tested my cell phone charger at .3
Amps.
At this point I plan to add the seat heaters to Fuse 5 and add a power outlet in the glove box (cell phone/GPS power source) to the Fuse 2. The lighter wire is pretty much where I need it for the glove box and I will run a new wire for the seat heaters.
The white wire (#21) is on all the time. The light green wire (#20?) is on the accessory circuit and switched. If 5A is your entire load, either one should do it.
