Dremel has these new fiberglass-reinforced cutoff disks that they say are designed for hardened steel, so I picked up a 20 pack of them. They're made out of depleted uranium or the like  I'll probably start the heavy lifting tomorrow or this weekend, so I'll let you know. I also picked up a tungsten carbide blade as well -- Dremel says it's also suitable for cutting hardened steel.
