Interested in Purchasing a CT Registered ERA Cobra

By why does it have to be registered in CT. Here's by far the best deal out there on an ERA. I wish it had been out there before I ordered mine.

That registry is pretty cool.
It needs to be titled in CT to avoid the BIG hassle with DMV. If it is titled here, you just walk in, pay sales tax, walk out with plates, end of story!!!

I saw this one the other night. It is titled in PA. i want one that is titled in CT
