We typically make a bracket that bolts to the outside of the chassis rail, behind the driver's side rear wheel. Plenty of room, cooler than behind the differential, and you can mount close to fuel level.
The 3/8" pickup has worked for some pretty large engines, but we can put in another pickup with an AN8 fitting if you want.
