My pedals are spaced just like Dan's and I have no problem with size 12 and can wear any shoe I like in there easily. You may struggle a bit without special shoes (or you may not) in any Cobra. Your torso is quite long, so the advice here is sound. I have a 32/34 inseam and with the seat all the way back I'm comfy enough and get full extension on the clutch and don't bang my knees on the dash. I have the seat tracks still installed and stock foam. If I was any taller in the torso, I would not like the view through the front glass. My head is slightly above the roll bar, too. If I crouch a bit in my seat for cruising, things improve, but knee room gets tight.

6' 2" 250lbs. I put Aluminum Ken Miles seat on the floor, all the way back with slight tilt. quick disconnect steering wheel. Dropped the foot box down about 3 ". Picture in heavy metal thread and if you follow the link at bottom of pictures you can in-large and see cockpit. Size 13 wide and I wear race shoes when I drive car

I am not as tall or as large as you or the others giving you advice, but I do have size 12 feet and my inseam is close to yours. I think that you will be able to make an ERA work, but the only way to know for sure would be to follow patrickt's advice and fly to New Britain, CT and visit ERA. I was just out there about 5 weeks ago and Peter, Jack, Bob and the rest of the guys are wonderful to talk with and very workable. You can also tour the facility and see the quality of the craftsmanship. Not sure if that would be a possibility or not for you, would be quite a flight. I already owned my ERA before going there and after visiting it really reinforced what a quality machine they make.

Unfortunately being from the Great White North I am not in a situation to be looking at a new build. I can only bring up a 15+ year old car. Likely sight unseen because I am also on the west coast.
But as long as I know there is somehow a way you guys have done it, then the dream will continue & I'll keep looking................

It takes four bolts to remove an ERA seat. You do it from underneath the car. If you were absolutely serious about buying somebody's ERA, you could prove to yourself that you would fit by removing the seat, putting a half inch piece of foam on the floor, then sitting in there and leaning back to touch the base of the wall, then give yourself an inch forward. If your legs need a little more room, there's a trick to using a larger master to give, maybe, an extra three-quarters inch (I have that on mine). If I were a short seller (ha ha, get it, "short seller"), and you flew in from out of town to see my car, showed me a bank statement with the cash needed, and then said "OK, I'll take it if we can do one more thing..." -- I'd then take the seat out for you.
