Yes, they really do look better after a few years. The shiny parts aren't "as shiny," the hues are gentler, and there are points of slight wear that add a genuineness to the overall effect. If I could push a button today and have my car go back to the look it had ten years ago when it rolled off the truck from New Britain, I wouldn't do it -- it looks better now than it did on day one..  |
