I need to replace my toggle switch but the heater box behind it isn't making it easy. I'm thinking removing the glove box might make it easier to remove but would like to hear any other ideas if anyone has faced this dilemma. Thanks....
You might be able to lower the dash to get access. That requires loosening the clamp at the front of the steering column so that the dash can be pulled back. Once it's back enough, the glove box will disengage and the dash can be swung down. Disengaged, it will need to be supported.
