Clutch/brake pedal removal

I want to remove the brake and clutch pedal assembly from my ERA chassis # 823. I want to off set them to the left slightly to give me more foot room. I looked at them it doesn't look too difficult but I don't want to reinvent the wheel either. Pictures would help.

These are the only two pics I have, other than the backs of the pedals themselves (just pull the pins on them) or shots of the open brake box assembly. Note the hidden set screw on splined end of the shaft that passes through the frame in to the underside of the tunnel.

And here is a pic of my pedal assembly. I had the pedals spread out a bit for my 12EEE feet. So, when you pull your assembly apart, if the angles of the clutch and brake bars that go down through the floor don't look the same as mine, then you 'll need to check with Bob P. and get a new set that are spread a bit more.

There are two different designs. The top illustration shows the later style, with splines on the shaft. I think we've been using those for 10-15 years. Early cars used the system shown at the bottom, with a thru-pin at the clutch arm.
