It appears you have taken all the steps to track down the problem. I would suggest how ever you wrap the fuel lines with an insulator. I feel you have a vapor lock problem and it could be in the fuel lines. Many years ago, I was delivering for a dealer in New York City to Miami a 1962 SWB Ferrari 250 GT-California convertible. It would run fine for 25-30 minutes and shut off as you have stated, cool down and restart for another 20-30 minutes. I am willing to bet that as you temperatures in CT are dropping your run time should increase. If this is true, then find the heat sink, my guess is the fuel lines from the pump to the carb or the carb included. You did not say, if you are running a turkey pan or not, one may help in the future. Plus it looks better under the hood.
