ERA #206 For Sale?

Hi guys,

Apparently ERA #206 is going to be coming up for auction in January. The sole photo in the Russo and Steele ad shows a blue Mk 1 with six-spoke wheels.

I'm almost certain I saw the same car at the Ford Centennial celebration this past June. (My photo below)

Can anybody tell me anything about this particular car? I can't afford it, but...maybe I can't NOT afford it, if you know what I mean...
