Bob Putnam will not answer your question, but I will do my best. If you look under "New England Cobra Enthusiasts" you will find a post by Chuck. He recently had his car tested at Nick's Service Center in East Haven (Route 80). They did a non-rollers test on his EM (428CID).
After the usual amount of trouble Chuck's Cobra passed.
