Looks like I will need to replace some of the primaries in the not-to-distant future on ERA 409. Some have rusted significantly at the slip joints where they enter the S/S sidepipes. This is even though they are ceramic coated. My question is do I have to purchase them as a complete set or can I purchase each pipe as needed?

Folks:
Why don't you just send the primaries up to Airborn Coatings in Manchaester, CT. and have them (re) coated. They will sand blast the old pieces and (assuming that they are not rusted through) you will be back in business.
