No replacement for displacement
If someone says to me "Why such a small big block, there's no replacement for displacement!"
I say...
"I've created an impasse with equivalent air mass!"
Then they say "huh"?
Then I say...
"An 870 cubic inch engine consuming this air (gesturing to the sky), or a 435 cubic inch engine consuming air at twice the density, are roughly equivalent torque/power producers."
Then they say "huh"?
Then I say "It go real freakin fast." - got it.
