My combination is the standard rubber a-arm bushes and poly only on the anti-roll bar. Ball joints are the standard GM as are the tie-rod ends.
All remain well after 16 years' use and ab-use. No trouble on the racetrack, drag strip or street.
You might regret poly for street conditions and you don't sacrifice feel or grip with rubber. For track-only I'd use bronze.
