Default ERA 178 rear brake hose to line no fit

I recently purchased ERA #178. It came with a Vette rear end and I have parts coming from ERA and a few other places to put the correct ERA/Jag rear in it.

My brake lines do not fit together like shown in the assembly manual.

I have the flexible brake hose from the frame to differential as called out in the build manual (Bendix 88264). It does not match up to the brake line on the Jag diff. They are both inverted flair. What am I missing? Does something come with the sub frame from ERA? Do I need to replace the line that goes from the brass T fitting that came on the Jag rear to the flexible hose? Do I need a different part number hose?

Any help will be appreciated. Maybe the answer will be apparent when I assemble the rear into the subframe.

I expect the ERA subframe and coil overs any day.

Thanks.
John

You are missing the "T" junction where the flexible hose and the two hard lines merge. I'll stick one in the package. Do you also need the hard lines? If I remember correctly, they are bubble flare on the caliper end and inverted flare on the junction end.

Bob,
I do need the lines to. They look like a bubble flair on both ends. The profile of the flair is certianly rounded.

Are there any other shims or spacers or ?? that I will need for this install? Isn't there a spacer on each side of the subframe on the top mounts?

Thanks for the advice and help.

I will send you a PM to confirm.

John
