Looking for a Piece of my Dad

In 1993 my dad started building a ‘67 Shelby Cobra. This kickstarted our indestructible bond. Several years ago (possibly around ‘09) my dad sold it - without telling me. I know it was for financial reasons, but I wish he would’ve let me know. Fast forward he has a freak accident and passed away. I’m now on the hunt to find our Shelby. I have loads of pictures, receipts, and car specs. I know the car was sold in Charleston, WV, but I don’t know the purchaser or any of the transaction details. I now have a manufacturer VIN (EM427SC1055110993), but am unsure if WV created a new VIN. I’m going to upload some pictures. Would really appreciate any and all help trying to locate her. Sorry about your father! Have you tried contacting a club or any owners in Charleston, WV to see if anyone knows of its current whereabouts?
