Both I with my B&B and Phil Manro with his ffr went with a setup from VPM http://www.vintageperformancemotorcars.com/

I can honestly it was the one mod that made the most differance it the cars overall performance

It even took away the wheel hop problem I had

The best $ I spent so far. Plus Craigs a great guy to work with.
