IMHO, I'd do a 5-lug conversion, I'll require front spindles & Rotors and rear Axles and drums as a minimum. but if it were me here's what I'd do:

Plus with the above kit you now have both 5 lugs & 4 wheel disk brakes! Then you can get pindrive Halibrands Really periot correct!
