Dave,

No kit as far as I know.
I used three master cylinder spacers to get the brake pedal as far forward as possible.
I still have to do some work on the clutch pedal to move it forward.
I removed the brace on the outside of the footbox. That's kind of related to shoe size but also allows you to adjust the pedals side to side which helps when you have long legs. I plan to replace it with a brace that will include a dead pedal.

I put the adjusters on the seat so my wife can drive it but I put a 1" square tube across the front of the seat mount to angle it back. That helps with the leg room.

I got the small diameter steering wheel to give more thigh room and made it removeable to make it easier to get in and out. I got the slow ratio Flaming River steering rack to make up for the smaller wheel diameter.

I'm using the standard low back seats but Randy or some of the others might have some ideas on seats that may help.

I'm not on the road yet and I'm sure I'll have to do some tweaking to get the best fit possible.
