Your taller than I am (6'2") and I fit ok. Others taller than I own/drive them. Keep in mind that kits are made to extend the footbox to give you more leg room.
Best advice I could give would be to find a couple owners in your city and drive a couple.
Lots of info for FF on www.ffcobra.com

I'm 6' 6" too, but I've got an SPF which has dropped floor areas under pedals and seat. I did some things to make it more comfortable .. removed the seat adjuster and move seat back and angled a little towards the pedals. Also, a smaller diameter wheel helps getting in and out. And added a cushion to the drivers door bracket to rest kneecap. Some other things too.

Where are you located? I live about 40 miles north of the FFR place in Wareham, MA

That tall I doubt many 90in cars will be very comforable.
Look for dropped floors and consider the 95/6in cars that are made by several manufactures.
My Hunter is a 96in with drop floors and it could easily take a 7 footer
