Default Flywheel weight w/427?

Hi,
I have another one for you, hope you aren't sick of my dumb questions. I'm trying to decide between the hays steel flywheel (40#) and the Centerforce (29#). It seems like that might be enough difference to notice? Which way should I go?

The car will be used mostly on the street with some road course track time. Car is (will be) an ERA with 427 Side Oiler basically stock.

Thanks, Chuck Brandt
