Default FE Coolant Overflow Tank

I'm planning my winter project already. Going to get rid of the stock BDR tank and replace it with the traditional FE overflow tank.

Anybody know where to source a chrome one?

Kirkham has a billet aluminum one. I just got mine in last week for my 427 and the craftmanship is awesome! O-ring seal at the waterneck, proper fittings and much better quality over the factory one that everyone complains about.

The price on the Kirkham is actually reasonable! I paid practically the same for a black painted brass reproduction from ERA. The ERA one is nice and well done, but if you want chrome or polish, I'd go with the Kirkham.

They are pretty. That said, I might have $200 in my factory type and have had no problems with it.

I think the polished stainless one is the way to go.
