Hi Clois,

The port is on the mainfold about an inch or so below the carb. This is on a cobra so, happily, no inspection!
This will be a permanent installation to keep oil vapor from covering my valve covers. I dont really like the look of the puke tank and I'm not crazy about the road tube idea.
Just looking at which option is best.
