Default What is a 427 "512" block ?

Trying to learn all the FE numbers.

What is a 427 "512" block, does it mean 512cid ?

And a original "163" intake, what is 163, part number ?


Dec. 1968 427 "512" block..030 over, four bolt, forged crank rods and pistons, mint rec port heads and original 163 intake. Balanced blue printed and fluid damped by Douglas Auto. never run.
