Default 427 Oil leak - Need Help in MN
Can anyone recommend an engine person in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN area who is experienced in fixing Ford FE engines. A friend of mine has a newly rebuilt 427 in his Cobra replica that has developed an oil leak in the rear seal area of the engine.

Kinetic Racing Engines is in Detroit. They are really great and can fix anything.

They just built a 735 hp motor for one of our friends. He is a national autocross maniac and races his ORIGINAL car.

If you are interested, I will get you their number.

Before you go to far check the rear seal on the manifold, sometimes it leaks and oil goes down the back of the engine and you think its the rear seal.

I thought FE's were supposed to leak.....
